We have used this group for several years. All the staff is amazing. But we always use angel Alberti she is such a blessing a literal angel. I can’t count the times she has had to deal with my frazzled stressed out husband at the DMV but she always stays so positive calm and collected. I hope we will be able to continue with this group for a long time. Thank you for all you do.

I have been a customer for about 2 and half years now and have been very happy with both the service and prices I have received. I started with my home, added personal auto and then they quickly earned my commercial policies. I very much appreciate the time they take to go over our policies and answer any questions we have. They take the time to listen and, in doing so, have saved us quite a bit over the last couple years. They are on top of our renewals and reach out before they are due to either explain why we should stick with the current policy, or let us know they were able to find a better deal. It's such a relief that I don't have to do the shopping anymore for policies. Thanks so much! We very much appreciate you all.

I am not one to gush over homeowner’s insurance, but my experience with the Great Florida Insurance team demands that I speak up. Their service is tops: Jeff took lots of time in a phone conversation to thoroughly explain to me the Citizen’s Insurance available/not available confusion. In another situation I received a call (thank you Helen!) reminding me that my insurance premium was due. Great customer service!

I spoke with Angel a few months ago. She was so very nice and handled everything with getting my Homeowners policy transferred to their agency and setting up for another inspection with Citizens. I didn't go through with the first one and they sent me a non renew letter. I got the inspection andI just got my renewal in the mail!!! A great big Thank You, Deb H

For months I was trying to get a reasonable auto insurance rate, my previous rate was almost as much as my car payment… within hours of contacting this company they had 2 quotes that saved me $130 a month… that’s incredible. I’m so appreciative to GreatFlorida Insurance for working hard to find me a reasonable rate. I could tell it meant a lot to them to help me lower my payment. I’ve already begun referring them to friends and family but on top of that I plan on using them for all of my insurance purchases as well as their financial services.

Kari is now my agent at GreatFlorida - Callahan. She was my first contact point and handled my auto insurance quotes and underwriting to the new carrier in a timely and professional manner. Her emails were clear and Kari kept me informed when the carrier's system was experiencing quoting delays. In a time of increasingly spare customer service Kari was surprisingly effortless and stress-free to work with, even when a post-signing carrier-glitch occurred that need to be sorted out.
